Police have arrested a Cheviot man accused of selling heroin to undercover officers.
Officers said 20-year-old Thomas Rainey sold the drug from his car as he worked at White Castle on Montgomery Road.
Undercover officers bought heroin from Rainey three times in the restaurant parking lot, police said.
Police said he had a gram of heroin when he was arrested.
Rainey was charged with three counts of drug trafficking and one count each of drug possession and selling drugs within 1,000 feet of the North Norwood School.
He remains held on $50,000 bond.
